The Following fees will be charged to resident accounts should the following actions/violations take place…

 Last updated 9/1/2023

 Late Fee (After the 5th) - 5%

 Returned Check - $25

 Unauthorized Animal - $500

 Unauthorized Occupant - $250

 Smoking Violation - $300 & Total Loss of Security Deposit

 Holdover Rent - +25% - Due Daily

 Trash Removal - $20

 Repairs (Not Reasonable Wear and Tear) - Charged to Tenant

 Appliance Replacement - Cost of Appliance + $500 installation Fee

 No Phone # on File - $20

 New Parking Pass - $25

 Missed Appointment - $50

 Payment Assistance Paperwork we Fill Out - $20

 Lock Out - $100 (Reasonable fee in line with locksmith)

 Any work/labor required to the unit done by Resolve Property Management and due to

 your actions will be billed at - $150 an hour.
