The Following fees will be charged to resident accounts should the following actions/violations take place...
Late Fee (After the 5th) - 5%
Returned Check - $25
Unauthorized Animal - $500
Unauthorized Occupant - $250
Smoking Violation - $300 & Total Loss of Security Deposit
Holdover Rent - +25% - Due Daily
Trash Removal - $20
Repairs (Not Reasonable Wear and Tear) - Charged to Tenant
Appliance Replacement - Cost of Appliance + $500 installation Fee
No Phone # on File - $20
New Parking Pass - $25
Missed Appointment - $50
Payment Assistance Paperwork we Fill Out - $20
Lock Out - $100 (Reasonable fee in line with locksmith)
Complaint Filing Fee - 5% (Only Tenant share for Voucher Holders)
Court Appearance - 10% Monthly Rent
2nd Trial Appearance - 12% Monthly Rent
Water Allowance Overages - Charged to Tenant
Allowances
1 Bedroom - $27 per month
2 Bedroom - $36 per month
3 Bedroom - $44 per month
4 Bedroom - $53 per month
Any work/labor required to the unit done by Resolve Property Management and due to your actions will be billed at - $150 an hour.
